The hotel is located in a convenient area, with restaurants, supermarkets, and stores just a short walk away. It is easy to get to downtown Ljubljana from there, which is a UNESCO site. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and duvets. The staff at reception is friendly and correct. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including cereals, yogurt, fruit, and hot food. there is a locked storage room with individual lockers for luggage storage.
There was a lack of apology and apathy from the staff when there was an issue with ants in the room.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms werenice and neat, providing us with a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to Tivoli Park and within a short walk or bus ride to the city center. This allowed us to explore the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the park. there were shops nearby where we could grab breakfast and experience the local culture, which added to our overall enjoyment.
There were a few negatives. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which occasionally disturbed our sleep.

I loved how this place was located near the city center. It only took me 10 minutes by bus to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered a lot of amenities like room service, car rental service, and laundry service. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was a great experience.

Staff helpful, saved cold dinner when late, arranged packed breakfast. Check-in by Nina and Ervin, polite, friendly, professional. Room 116 immaculate. Breakfast had good quality, multiple choice. Dinner nice. Slavi gave warm welcome. Well managed, great management skills. Recommended. Large breakfast selection. No recognition for son's birthday. Friends and helpful. a nice hotel in Ljubljana.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was super clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and offered us great advice on local restaurants. The location was perfect, not far from the city center, and we could easily walk to the center through the park. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price.
